I LOVE this TED talk. The showed this clip at our local TEDx Grand Rapids two years ago. I was so inspired, I looked up Derek Sivers and got his permission to post the clip (along with his comments) on my blog.
The key point – to lead, you have to recognize those first, brave (yes, crazy!) followers. It’s a leap of faith for everyone.
