Today someone posted this question in response to that post,

“I work in a food production environment. Any Ideas on how to apply this on a production floor?  Remember. “Safety is the number one priority!”  

I have never worked in a food production environment, so I can only only imagine what that is like.

• I completely get the obvious need to keep both customers and employees safe.  (So flying fish are probably not an option!)
• I don’t have an instant answer.  However, I get charged up imagining the innovative ideas that exist through Social Media Connections.  

So I am inviting you participate in a virtual brainstorm, even if you don’t work in a food production environment.

• What have you done to engage people in a fun way that inspires change?
• What do you wish your organization would do?

No idea is too big, too crazy, or too small…
