Earlier this week I shared a new post on The Lead Change Group Blog titled <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><a title="Are you separating, assimilating or leading change?" href="http://leadchangegroup.com/are-you-separating-assimilating-or-leading-change/"><strong>Are you Separating, Assimilating or Leading Change?</strong> </a></span></p>

</ul>
<p><strong>And is now being fueled with more frequency and intensity by my expat journey and current events as I consider people, organizations, and countries that are divided in endless conflicts like these:  </strong><span id="more-3250"></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Politicians or The Public</li>
<li>Conservative or Liberal</li>
<li>Gay or Straight</li>
<li>Women&#8217;s rights or Human rights</li>
<li>Sunni or Shiite</li>
<li>Christian or Muslim or Jew or&#8230;</li>
<li>Freedom or Control</li>
<li>Black or White or&#8230;</li>
<li>Young or Old</li>
<li>Love or Hate</li>
<li>Truth or Lies</li>
<li>Punishment or Grace</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>If you are:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Disheartened</strong> by your community&#8217;s inability to see past a label to work together.</li>
<li><strong>Frustrated</strong> by your organizations, community or country&#8217;s inability to work through conflict.</li>
<li><strong>Fed up</strong> with grown-ups with big leadership titles that are spending more time playing &#8220;The Blame Game&#8221; than taking ownership&#8230;</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18pt;">The change you want to see does not begin OUT THERE&#8230;  </span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>It begins with ME and with YOU.</strong></span></p>
